Retailer Guidelines
Thanks for your interest in becoming a Mighty Fun retailer! We're focused on making great products that present themselves beautifully at retail. Products that not only sell, but maintain a strong branded price point that protect retailer margins. We take pride in keeping our wholesale business simple and straight forward in order to support our retail partners the best we can. In hopes of establishing a close working partnerships with our retailers, we ask you to read and adhere to the following retail guidelines:
Setting up an Account
All customers must complete a wholesale application and agree to comply with our retailer guidelines. We need a valid e-mail address (one that gets checked!) to complete your account set-up.
Placing Your Orders
All orders subject to acceptance by Mighty Fun. All purchase orders must be submitted by an authorized buyer. Orders can be emailed to sales@mighty-fun.com.
Newsletter
Please note you will automatically be subscribed to our wholesale newsletter when you place an order. If you do not wish to be subscribed, please let us know when you order, or just unsubscribe when you receive the first one.
Selling Online
In order to protect the Mighty Fun brand and product, to maintain the suggested retail pricing, and to support our brick and mortar retail partners, we enforce a MAPP (Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy) for all current items. MAPP pricing is noted on our order form. Advertising a price lower than the MAPP retail price online will be a violation of our policy and will lead to a warning and potential suspension of your account upon review. We reserve the right to withhold shipment to resellers who do not adhere to our MAPP pricing. Images- we do not authorize retailers to use our photography for selling on their own site without prior written permission from Mighty Fun.
Third Party Sites
Mighty Fun brand products may not be resold by any of our wholesale dealers on third party sites, such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc. Retailers can sell our products on their own websites as long as they adhere to the MAPP policy. We really appreciate your understanding and support on this matter.
Payment
Payment is due in advance of shipping any order. This may be made by credit card or through ACH bank transfer. We will e-mail you a link for online payment, so again, need a working e-mail address for your account in order to process orders. All payments are processed through a secure online system and your payment information will remain 100% secure.
Shipping
All orders are shipped FOB Portland, Oregon via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail (whichever is least expensive). We calculate shipping on a per order basis, and only bill actual freight charges. If you would like to use your carrier account # we are happy to ship on your account, just include the # with an order and let us know.
